Most of the time kickers and smiters are banned from these, as they have too much of an advantage. I've seen sacrifice/holyfire pally's win (most common), but I've seen a s/s win, I've seen a BOS sin win and a few other builds that are considered wierd.

They're not weird in LLD.

Smiter, kicker, sacri/hf, etc.. are all common level 9/iron man builds AFAIK. And skills are different at lower levels and stuff. =/

I wasn't referring to the smiter, kicker, sacri/holy fire. I was referring to the shapeshifer and BOS sin

There's no way a shapeshifter could work. The best you'd be looking at is a scimitar with 10wias and that hits 13 frames and is interuptable.

I never said it was a good idea, I was just saying that I saw one win an ironman. I'm not sure what he was using though.

Maul and Feral rage are level 12, he'd have to have been using a normal attack.

In my clans "for fun" ironman games I've had decent luck with firestorm/molten boulder druid. The boulder is great cause of the knock back to keep melee attackers away. You do a lot of mana/stamina potting, but it's worked well for me.
