invisible dueling

yesterday i went into this one game and every person in town and part of blood moor was invisible i was on my uber killer smiter and went to duel him it was a lvl 60 bone necro killed me pretty fast i could only see him on auto map.i couldnt see bone spears or spirits but i could see bone prison. when i went in cold plains and stuff and everything was normal. when i was in rouge encampent it was showing them everyonce in awhile. after dying a few times dieing got lvl 66 lightning sorc killed him. just wondering if this happen to anyone else before.

I've heard that it occurs when someone does MASS bone wall spam.
recently I've benn in a game with an invisible area - characters went invisible on screen there, but they were visible on minimap.

It's happened to anyone who's ever dueled a charger, etc, with fast running speed. It's basically due to lag, desynche that causes the map to be weird, and you need to anticipate that when dueling.

but when you charge does it make all npcs in game invisible?

I was refering to the dueling aspect of things.

But things can disappear when the game gets laggy enough.

I have mucked around with this a little. Weird games to play in.

I go about 50/50 in all the invisible duels (read about 10) I have had. If you keep running then usually you are ok. It is damn hard to get a namelock though. The point is, you should usually leave the game if it is that screwed up.

What he meant was an area on/ let's say, bloody moor, that make things invisble.
Last one I've seen was about 7yards.
It makes anything/anyone that enters the area invisible (imagine a blanket grass colour over a part of bloody moor )

It has nothing to do with desync palading and such AFAIK.

Sorry guys, I guess I should clarify. I meant that sometimes in a duel, people go invisible.

I kinda had a different take on the OP's idea, so I apologize for any confusions..

I once entered a room where atma(or whatever her name is) was outside the town. lol

Once I was in a game where Akara was just outside of town. This made it half impossible for people to "kiss akara" as they say, since akara was outside of town. It was also risky to go buy potions due to some people camping her.

There used to be a hack that enabled, with a pile of other things, the ability to carry NPCs around outside.

If you pile _A LOT_ of gold or potions around the Rogue Encampment, you can create 'blind spots', where anyone who walks through them becomes invisible until they walk out.

I recall a very efficient method to cause this in 1.10, though I don't know if it is wise to mention here as people will undoubtably go forth and propagate.
No hacks of any kind involved though.

Weird. Whenever I kill Shenk at act 5 I go invisible 50% of the time. Especially during the mass meteor after his death. Once I get out of the area (usually near the stairs to fridgid) I appear again.
