Interesting question about fade PDR!

Heya, I searched for a while and was unable to find the answer so I'm leaving it up to you guys, the assassin efficianados.

If I have a level 20 fade with 20% physical damage reduction, and am wearing Stormshield and a perfect String of Ears which gives another 50% PDR, will I have 70% PDR (Over the cap) or will Fade NOT put me over that cap, and the extra 20% is just wasted?

Edit: Question #2 Is there ANYTHING that speeds up Blade Fury? I have read that the skill is too slow... I know, or think that I know, that IAS has no effect, what about FCR? Can I speed up the skill at all? Ooh... does a Fanatisicm aura increase blade fury significantly?

I'm trying to build a character and this is vital info to me. Thank you in advance.

The extra 20 is wasted. Blade fury is a set speed, nothing will speed it up.

The cap remains 50%, but the extra 20% would come into play if you are cursed with amp damage.

Blade Fury is not slow, it always attacks at 6 fpa. There is absolutely nothing that makes it faster, but there is also absolutely nothing that makes it slower.
