Interesting kicksin weapon, or not?

I found this rare crystal sword:

5% ctc Amp dmg
33%ed
Fool's mod
4% ML stolen
+3 str
2 open sockets

I am thinking when double-upped and properly socketed it may be a decent/good kicksin weapon. Since on-weapon ed doesnt apply to kicks the low ed is ideal. High speed of phaseblade lower the need of ias equipments in other slots. +dmg on fool's doenst apply but the AR bonus is always welcomed, I suppose. Most interesting is the ctc and open sockets.

What do you think? If you think it's nice what would you socket it with?

I've made kicksin using lastwish/stormlash/fleshripper before. Not that I think this sword can be better but it would be pretty stylish to use rare.

why would you double up it? The IAS doesn't increase, and we don't care about damage, that would just increase reqs.

Its a decent kicksin weapon. I would double amn it, as any runes higher then that and you can get better weapons with the runes instead. But definitely usable, and could possibly take a skilled player through hell.

Because PhaseBlade WSM = -30, Crystal sword WSM = 0

Personally I think even the very cheap kicking weapons (e.g. Gnasher, Crushflange, 'Strength' Blade Talon) outshine this one.

If you have the runes to double-up it I'd rather make a Crescent Moon PB anyway.

i dnt see what would make this worth the effort. the only thing that i can see of avlue on this is the amp dmg ctc u could get your speed from it. a kicker relies on the mods and her speed and this wep is seriously lacking in all other areas than speed if you duble upgrade it. in any case you could get a more conventional wep for those runes.
