Inner sight

I found a circlet with alot of level 3 inner sight charges on my hunter. They would lower monsters defense by 54% and make monsters easy to see. Do you think this would work on my hunter I think that would really help my summons and I to kill faster?

If I read the info at AS correctly, lv 3 Inners Sight lowers monsters defence by 90.

So a monster with 500 defence no has 410, a monster with 110 defence now has 20.

But the chance to hit is also related at what lv you attack a monster that has a certain lv. (same for your summons I would guess). So attacking a lv 85 monster while you are still lv 70 remains very hard...Inner Sight or not.

I don't think you should bother using that circlet. No offence to Inner Sight, but its just not that useful a spell. Sorry, Blizzard ...
You don't describe your hunter, but I don't think you will notice any significant diffrence in your killing speed with this circlet or with another head gear. If possible, I recommend Jalal's Mane for a hunter.

Jalal's in most cases remains the hunters best friend unless you find some sort of very nice rare helm. On my huntermentalist I would love a rare with +2 all skills, +3 gris bear, +3 HoW and +either volcano or fissure with 2 sockets and some res or stats.

If you really want to have fun try repairing exactly 1 charge of that circlet and think that you may (If your lucky) get 1% better chance of hitting a monster in hell with that slvl of inner sight. is the cost of repair worth the 1% better chance to hit?

Charges as a general rule are very lacking in power for the cost. Only long lasting charges really give enough punch to their users, I can think of a few that really help and are worth the cost of repair. (clay golem, blood golem, iron golem, dire wolves, grizzly, spirit wolves, enchant, etc).

The spamming skills built into charges are far too expensive to repair, for what they do, 16K repairs 20 charges of slvl 2 firebolt for example. forget the charges on your circlet they are not worth the cost.
