    Inner Sight question

Do the effects of Inner Sight (-Target Defence) stack with other things that cause -Target/Monster/Enemy Defence? For example, if my melee Amazon casts Inner Sight, then hits a monster with a Malice spear weapon with -25% target defence, and -100 Monter Defence per hit, would they all affect the target properly?

    Example: Monster has 500 defence.
Inner Sight 4th level: -115 defence
    385 Defence
Hit with Malice: -25% defence (or is the 25% taken fromt he original total?)
    288.75 Defence
Same hit with Malice: -100 (or is this taken off before the 25%?--I used the order listed)
    188.75 Defence

I did a search over at the AB and the information I found suggested that they do stack. The straight -defense from Inner Sight (as well as other sources) is counted before -%defense from i.e. the Eth rune.

    An example.

You character faces a stoneskin (+200%ED) unique monster with a base defense of 1500. Her weapon is socked with an Eth rune (which lowers champion's/bosse's defense with 12,5%). She cast slvl 20 Inner Sight which lowers the monster's base defense with 815 before she attacks it. The result will be:

    monster defense = (1500 - 815) * (1 + 200/100 - 12,5/100) = 1970

Without Inner Sight and the Eth rune the result would be:

    monster defense = 1500* (1 + 200/100) = 4500

My sources could be wrong though, so don't quote me for it.

edit: missed a little part the first time.
