what happens if you have to save and exit the game? isthe weapon you make the iron golem out of lost forever? If you get golem mastery, the chance for your golem dying is very low. With skeletons protecting you, your chance of dying is very low (remember that the iron golem dies if you die). If you use enigma, you're sure it will always be at your side. I've never experienced a poof (at least one that I've noticed), but it can be a risk. If you're rich though, I think it's a risk worth taking
Iron Golems stay with you forever...unless you die. And yes...they can sometimes poof for no reason. I have only had this happen once...but it can/does happen.what happens if you have to save and exit the game? isthe weapon you make the iron golem out of lost forever?
I agree with Machtu. When skellies actually kill something by themselves, I throw a party for them. Almost every kill comes from the merc then lots of corpses exploding.
By the way when I posted this:Except against bosses, my skellies rarely fight. With the 85% boost from infinity to the fire side of CE, and the 100% boost from amp for the physical side of CE. Merc gets one body, pop it with CE, whole screen dies instantly.
Wizzdoms post wasn't there yet, sorry, didn't mean to echo what he had already said. No, the golem follows you from game to game.
