Infinity - Eth Thresher good enough?

As the title states, is a 4-os Ethereal Thresher good enough to use for the runeword damagewise?

Or should I wait and hope for a 4-os Eth cryptic axe?

Thresher will be just fine. Lower damage but faster attack.
