No, this is live right now in the 2.0.1 patch.

Has the rolling list of legendaries and achevements just been turned on? I looked at the news feed last night and it had not a single item on it. Is there a setting I need to turn on?

Nevermind, apparently I only had joined the community, not a clan.

Incgamers1 looks to be full again, fyi...149 members with a full join queue. So I put in a request for Incgamers2

Yep, the EU HC clan seems to be full. It still let me click the Join Clan button so I\'ve clicked it anyway just in case there\'s some people that haven\'t been on for a long time.
