IMPORTANT- Bribe Fund for Ladder Reset!

Well, everyone has realised, sensibly, that the ladder won't reset itself so its time to get PROACTIVE!

In order to do so, a bribe slush fund will be set up to which you may all contribute. This fund, when it is deemed to have reached an acceptable level of bribyness, will be passed on to whichever Blizzard employee will be willing to stay back at work late one night and accidentally hit the reset button.

    So, we need two things.

    1) somewhere to store the money...I reckon my bank account will do, or maybe donate a few bucks via pay pal to the wonderful people who host this site!
    2) a willing blizzard employee

p.s. everyone who contributes will become the beneficiary of an bonus 1000% MF to all characters in an account of their choice!! (Well may as well get value for our money eh?)

You deserve to have your ability to create new threads taken away.

I seriously hope that was a joke...besides I doubt that ANY Blizzard employee can just "press a button" and make the ladder reset.

Oh dear. This further reinforces the notions that I am getting that much of the World really can't completely grasp the sarcastic humour mode.

    ITS A JOKE!

*shakes his head at how thouroughly misunderstood this thread has been so far*

Joke: I'll give YOU five dollars if you just delete this thread.

Serious: I get the joke. So did everybody who posted here. Silly threads inspire silly posts. You should know this by now.

Considering that you took everybody's flames seriously, I conclude that it is YOU who "can't completely grasp the sarcastic humour mode".

I am also for reset. Too much botd's and enigma_char's teleporting around me. I think they are also very bored now when they have everything. Trading is completaly ruined. To bad you posted your idea in a "funny" way (personally I don't mind like others do) but I am also for RESET!

Reset won't mean anything if Blizzard doesn't do anything about dupe's. I don't believe they can't. They fixed Andy's_drop_bug on the realms so why not this. While you are not using your account let's see/compare :spy: your d2i items with our database of fingerprints (if it's same = delete). If they are afraid and they think it's going to be a huge database I suggest they create a database (and a query) only for high quality items. I don’t mind if I find a duped: The General’s Tan Do Li Ga or Biggin’s Bonnet. Don’t know is this idea going to work for runes?

Nice joke. What scares me is that some BNet kiddies would seriously consider it. All those screaming 'R0Ll [email protected] teh serv00r!' or some crap. XD

You had me going there at first...not as much about the ladder reset, but that you'd try to scam for money to your bank account.

Ah, but there is a flaw in your plan - the big Reset button on the ladder is, in fact, not working. This glitch is scheduled to be fixed sometime in the 4th quarter.

Here's what we need to do.

    (Seriously.)

The Diabloii.net people [Elly/Flux/Gaile] have visited the Blizzard headquarters, right? Well, we send them in to "get info" or some other blatant lie that Blizzard won't recognize. Then, being our loyal admins as they are, THEY will accidently hit the button for us. And/or pull the plug to the servers / blow up the server / go ape **** on a Blizzard employee until they do.

What do you think? No..? Yes!
