I'm getting pretty sick of this

Hi there,

I play a blizzard sorceress for running mephi. However, after doing approximately 20 runs, I inevitably get dc/ed and temp banned from the realm.

Is there anything I can do about this ?
What I do is: tele up to meph, moat trick him, spam blizzard/iceblast till hes dead. Teleport to him, pick up the interesting stuff, and leave.

From my limited re-introduction to the game there is now a limit on the number of games you can create within a said time frame.

So you'll need to do more then just Meph (my understanding is they put it in just to stop what you are doing) or find other ways to break up your time.

make sure you don't do more than 20 games an hour.

Easy way: make your game last more than 3 mins.

What I do: Andy/Ancient tunnels/Meph

Yeah, throw in Pindleskin and Ancient Tunnels to your runs for sure - you can get some top-end items that Mephisto can't drop (although with significantly lower frequency). I'm not a huge fan of Andy, but she's another decent choice. You could even do cow runs if you want something different, but I find the low-density of bosses discouraging.

... and I thought it was 1 game every 5 minutes, so 12 per hour, but I play single player and don't keep up with the exact details... listen to others first, and if you're still getting banned, after cutting back to 20, aim for 15 or 12.
