War staff with +3 ES, +1 Lightning Mastery and +1 Chain Lightning dropped by a monster in normal Worldstone Keep Level 3. Not a boss or a minion, just a regular die-by-a-single-hit imp. It'd stink if it got 5 or 3, so I'm asking first since the area is listed as 42. Thanks.
