Ideas for searching

Hi everyone.
Can you tell me the best places with high chances for dropping tal rasha armor,df and eventually spired helm ( with cold damage ,for sorceress )
Only the TR armor left to complete the tal rasha set and for the moment - no luck.
I'm playing sorceress - meteorb ,single player solo, 1,13 version.
I'have running pindle and ancient tunnels and i begun to doubt are these the places ?

You're at the right places, but those items are rare, especially the DF.

Make sure to not use a high players setting for max kill speed, and try to fight the boredom of repetitive runs. Audio books can be great, music helps too. Tons and tons of runs is the only way, besides stupid luck.

I coudn't make a Spirit monarch because it's ladder only - that's what i red in internet .It transformed into RUBBIE MONARCH . If we think in this way,i red and about DF - that it's ladder only - so i won't be able to achieve it ?
Will i be able actually to complete the set ?

There is forum accepted mod that allows you ladder runewords if you are interested so you could get Spirit. It's game modification that you might not like but it's accepted here on forums.

As for ladder items (DF in your case) it's possible for it to drop, just...rarely. You should expect tens of thousands of pindle runs to get one on average.
Tal's armor drop on avg 1:~5000 pindle kills with respectable MF (~500) and DF roughly in 1:35000 pindle kills. You might get them on next run or don't get any in next 100 000 runs; it's all rng based, so gl. Nightwing's is 1:23000 on pindle.

As for AT, double those odds for any specific unique and that's chance to get them per BOSS killed in AT. So one way or another you are in for some serious running.

I want to ask about this mod - what is it actually and it' changes ?
Will i be able to save my character if i put it in my game ?
Where can i get it if it's in that way ?

You can still save as usual. nothing will change expect your monarch will turn into a spirit. If you look at the stickies and/or faqs you will find a link where you can download it. All you need to do is add a line in your Target Proporties like this Diablo II\runewords" and it will work out, as long as you have the file in that folder. It will be explained in the stickies.

Yep, getting items like that usually takes time or sheer luck. I'd recommend building other characters with some of the items that you have won and sooner or later it'll drop.
