Idea of making my very first bowazon

Hi,

I was planning on making a nice bowazon (not uber but just can kill something in hell without buying arrows for every 2 monsters).
Now i got some runes and i wanted to make some good bowazon.
What i want to know:

What kind ?
Skills?
Stats?
Gear?
Merc?
What can i beat?
