Idea for pvp werebear

I know I am a wolf guy (mid-quality rabid werewolf right now), but my ADD is kickin' in everytime I duel. And this being my non-poisen based pvp char since .09 (and no werebears) I got a few questions. One is with maul, with enough IAS is it possible to force my opponent into a stun+block lock (assuming the 5 ravens are around)? Or should I rely on shockwave to do that while a grizz bear pounds them? I guess this would be a druid's reply to the paladins smite shieldbash attack thing.

I have heard of people using maul/shockwave sucessfully together to got block/fhr/stun lock in a bear. I think it was a combo of all resulting in block-lock ... not sure. But it isnt something that happens everytime you duel. Im not really sure how it works but i've heard that it is possible.

oh, its possible alright, voice. Just talk to ink or zabo. The key to getting it is getting a successful shockwave off on them. after you do that, engage and attempt to destroy. If you can get a couple of maul charges, switch to fireclaws twice, and then back to maul. Its almost instant fhr lock...if you hit them.

***Split rest into wolves and bears as needed i.e. more life=dire wolf***

Style of play-
PvM: Summon, Kill, meat shield
PvP Melee: shockwave and with fast cast rate summon and shock again. proceed to give bear hug
PvP Casters: shock and summon as melee, probably the same plan as with melee, but with more resists.


I got nothing. This build ain't "kill instantly" like blizzard. I am thinking summoning is a bad idea, but grizz would be nice for melee opponents with high blocking/defence and smiters. I stun grizz slaps.

Any constructive input/rantings? Keep in mind my only were____ char in 1.10 is a medium-quality rabid wolf with little hp.

Not gonna double post, but I just noticed something useful against sorcs.
"A Raven's level is equal to Your Level - 2 + the skill's level Spirit Wolf, Dire Wolf and Grizzly: All three of these skills gain +5 resistances to all per level, beginning at level 2. For example, a level 6 Grizzly will have (6-1) * 5 = 25 resist to all." Level 20 griz's resists is (20-1)*5=95. Less into shapeshifting i.e. lync. and more into summoning? IS THIS A SIGN?!?!?!? ohhhahhhh
 
Not to shit on your party, but in .10 you cant get blocklock. im not saying that you cant have them stuck close to a blocklock or something. but it was one of those dumb revisions for .10 cause 5 ravens would win the whole thing for even shitty chars..... though you prolly already knew this, thought id throw my hat into the ring :D

Getting hit by a few zons made me think blocklock was available in 1.10, but with the azn's mind blast ripple-ground thing...stun still available in 1.10? (if there is, i am assuming a 95% penalty?) Or is my faster hit recovery in worse shape than i thought for my wolf?
