idea for a new build based on bug exploits

I've been reading alot of builds recently. notice the marrow walk and venom exploits for synergy bonuses.
I was wondering if that would make a viable build for necro based on this.
marrow walks, and venom on switch
skelly mancer:
20 RS
20 SM
1 clay
1 golem mastery
1 summon resist

1 in all curses( mainly for party play)

10-20 in psn dagger (i'd say 20, but i saw a build say 10 is viable for using the bug)
1 teeth
1 in ce
20 in bone spear or spirit

that's around 95 skill points

i did some calculations on chippydip's and got these #'s
with +5 to all skills:

5935-6264 psn dagger damage

as opposed to 8095 - 8543 with maxxed synergies

spear:
912-970
or
1782-1894

spirit:
1342-1447
or
2511-2708

plus
1 point bone armor, get the 33 lvl synergy

the spear damage seems alot lower, but the psn dagger seems ok.

this seems like a very versatile build. the only thing you really lose is a higher level CE, but that loses effectiveness in 8 player games right? plus if you don't put 20 in psn dagger, you'd have some floating points
plus, you do phys, magic and psn damage

the only issue i see with this build is that you have alot of different areas to focus on. what i mean is , dagger mancer needs the ability to hit, bone mancer's gonna want a fast attack, which would make the gear selection kinda specific.

also, this build is super reliant on two bugged items. which some might say is BM, is kinda cheap, and will suck if they fix the bug. if it is a bug

my main question is: is the spear/spirit damage high enough?
