right now i have 100 ias (from 160/60, 20 from gloves, 20 from bow) using wf, is there any point in socketing my wf with a 40/15 ias and my gaze with a 40/15 ias to get to 130 if the next frame is 147?

Both Strafe and normal attack also reach a breakpoint at 120% ias.

if this is a pvp build then lose the gaze its pretty much useless unless you really want that DR. There are better helms like ed/ias and life which it looks like you can afford.
