IAS Breakpoints for Act 1 Merc

do you know what are the IAS bps for act 1 merc? I want mine to use Great Bow (speed -10), and I'm thinking what else should she wear. What are those breakpoints and maybe you have some suggestions on what should she be wearing? I'm a Chaos/Dest/Rush Zerker with Act 1 Ice merc.
