Things like a holy archer are already know considered a possibility. imagine what will happen when they reveal a non-archer.

that is a valid point, but i am sure that this will not be the case. I would like some more Lore video along with gameplay videos while i am thinking about it, along with official system specs. (if those are out sorry, i have not found them yet.)

Personally I would like to see a bit of Act II and a new class, hopefully corresponding to Act II. I think what Blizz will end up doing is revealing the fourth class and showing us the rest of the Witch Doctor's skills. A little bit of lore wouldn't hurt either.

I haven't been following the development of StarCraft that closely, but I would assume BlizzCon will be heavily focused on it since the first installment is due for open beta fairly soon.

Who knows? Maybe Blizz will unveil the new MMO they have been working on. Probly not, but maybe! (Not a fan of MMOs, but I am interested in what type of world it will be.)

I think Blizz priorities in Blizzcon 09 will be like that

-SC2 announcements and probably date for Beta (if not the beta lunch event itself)

-D3 new class revelation (probably the Ranged/archer type class since they said the 5th was still in conception stage a while ago, so we know the 5th fellow is a little behind the 4th one)

-New Gameplay clips (for both SC2 and D3)

-Panels on D3 revealing some of the new systems we all wish to know about (PVP, Trade, Item Crafting, Character customization, .. etc etc)



And i don't think they will reveal the fifth class now for several resasons.

-It's an attention hook to keep everyone interested and hyped after Blizzcon is over.

-It is behind the other classes as it was in concept stage around the time the wizard was revealed.

-They said they can't use place holder art for it .. meaning it's development is taxing more than the other classes in some way.

-We expected a magic user in D3 .. we got the wizard .. we expected a melee .. we gt the Barb .. we expected a dark summoner type .. we got the WD ... we expect a ranged one we will probably get one .... but the fifth slot is the most intriguing cause there are many possible candidates for it .. they will surely keep it to the end .. and it will probably be the most creative/surprising of all five classes.

We'll probably get two new screenshots and be told to STFU.

Meanwhile, Starcraft 2 will continue to get half-hour long competitive vs. videos and regular updates.

Sucks to be a Diablo 3 fan right now.

Obviously StarCraft 2 will be getting most of the attention since its release is around the corner. With that said, I still think Diablo 3 will get a great deal of attention as well since there is such a huge audience for it and the lack of info released since the Wizard was unveiled. I don't think the next class such a big hooblah as the Wizard with its own trailer, but I do think there will be something huge unveiled. Remember, there is no WWI this year so each game should get a great deal of info released at BlizzCon. (I think it is a lot smarter to only have one event with all of these games in production. Less time on futile things and more time spent on game development.)
