    I want my stuff back

Havn't play dii for a very long time and recently started again. The problem is, started a golemancer on single player got him upto lvl 30 with some decent gear for that lvl I think. Wanted to see if my dial-up con. was fast enough to play my bro. on battle net and got the patch, when I went to play again on one player my gear had changed wtf... I go from having a wand with +3 to golem mast., +2 to iron maiden, fast cast rate,+ somthing else can't remember, to +1 bone wall, +1 raise skelly mage. And my armour had all changed aswell. any help would be appreciated

Hmm, I'm not sure if I understand you correctly, so I'll try to recapitulate.

You started a character in Single Player, went to play on Battlenet for a while, and when you returned to SP, your character's gear had changed. Is that what I'm getting here?

As far as I understand it, you just connected to bnet to get the patch, so I guess you suspect the patch to have changed his equipment, right ?

IMO your items are lost if you don't have copies of the save files. It might also be the case that your memory fails you, as I have never heard of a problem like yours.

Of course there are programs which can give you any item in the game on single player (and impossible ones as well), but these kinds of programs are considered hacks which aren't allowed to be promoted in this site. If you are so desperate to try them, better ask elsewhere. However, I suggest to start over with new characters anyway. That's most of the fun when starting after you made a break.

I don't think this is the problem, it's most likely his memory (as you said). Although I don't know what item he's talking about (most likely a magical), I still have an old steelclash from god knows when, that has just 25% increased blocking, damage reduced by 3, +1 to pala skills and +3 to light radius (the ones now-a-days have alot more mods than that). Upgrading to a new patch shouldn't change any items on existing characters, unless there's something to do with magicals that I haven't heard about?
