I Need Necromancer skills stats for Bone Spear and - Spirit in v.1.07

Hi, I need the skills stats for bone spear, and - spirit in v. 1.07 LoD.
I've only managed to find diabloii.net's v.1.09 skill stats:

And I'm not certain if I should count on these.
I really don't need the damage at all levels, pretty much only level 1 and 20 I guess, for both skills. Level 1 to check up if it's correct with the game, and level 20 to compare final damage.
