I miss the Follower dialog...

I wish they'd make it a slider option to increase/decrease the dialog w/ Followers while you're out of town. I hear maybe 1 convo an hour, if even that! I miss some of the convos, and I know, despite 100s of hours of solo playing on a variety of chars, I haven't even heard everything...

Anyone else want the Follower dialog to at least have an option to be increased? Guess I should post on Blizz forums *sigh*...

Pretty sure that they changed it because people complained about the Followers talking too much. I don't have much of a problem with them myself, but I know a lot of people really hate it, and people have complained about the Followers talking too much on these forums before, so I doubt that the devs will change it back.

Oh, I know why they changed it. That's why I suggested a slider. That way they can please everyone (hard for Blizz to conceive of that, I know...)

I don't know if this helps, but they've added a substantial number of new follower conversations (with the player, and with one another) in D3 2.0.

I think I noticed a new one I hadn't heard before (between Monk and Scoundrel). But again, I knew there were prob some I hadn't heard already anyway (despite 500+ hrs of play time).

Also, given that they occur less frequently, no that doesn't help! Just makes it worse!
