i have lost a quest item, how can i get it back?

Hello, i have just crafted khalims will in my horadric cube..i have misplaced it before the mission where i must smash the orb..is there any way of getting this back after i have saved and cannot find it anywhere..or a way to redo the missions in which i collect items for its crafting, please any help is appreciated thanks.

Check and make sure you don't have it equipped by accident, or in your offhand on switch.

Damn that sucks I would hate to lose Khalim's Will. Act III is my most hated act for the simple fact of collecting these pieces. You should be able to redo the dungeons though and have the body parts drop. It just sucks having to go through all that again.

Quick edit: I had a character that was missing a cube. Didn't care for the longest time since I could just put one on him from another character via GoMule, but eventually I decided to get his own. I just went back to Act II and got one. So you should be able to get the pieces again.

ok i went back to the spider cave, went to pick up the eye and even with space in my inventory its impossible to pick it up, not sure if its because i havnt finished the orb quest or not or that i havnt finished all quests in that act but, ..this sucks hard. fml

you either
1) have the complete weapon or the eye in your inventory
2) have already completed the quest (the compelling orb is broken)
3) wrong difficulty

had the complete weapon, lost it. no eye in my inventory. havnt done the orb quest yet. same character , same difficulty.
-Can the orb be destroyed by any other weapon?

1. Inside your Horadric Cube
2. On your weapon switch
3. In your inventory
4. In your stash
