I Finally Got D Cone!!

Hi all im new to he forums and am looking forward to the post, but anyway Today April 9, 2004 at about 2:30 eastern time I sold about 55 sojs in hope of Uber Diablo showing up. Well he did. I had a sorc and my friend a hammerdin, I knew i had no chance in killed uber diablo but my friend already had a annhluis and said he woul help me kill him. Well Uber fnally came and we battled him in the Cave/Den of Evil, it was a good fight and we got a 1/15/15/10 not a bad find i thought. Well as I foudn out my friend wanted this one because he had a crappy anni a 1/14/11/6. I thought what a jip hat he would get the good 1 just beacuse he killed him and did he most damage, but who got the sojs i did. It was still great to get an anni though and i do agree that he did most of the killing. I guess we both came out on top both having anni's. I am really glad for all the posts about uber diablo beacuse i think it really helped me understand about the clone. Thanks for reading.

Great for you! Even a poor annilihus charm is "Godly" to me.

I now have five but I spend a lot of time clone hunting; and even so, one was gotten in a trade.

I wonder how many more 'anni' charms there will be as people use up their sojs.

i got 2 annis 1/17/17/6 and 1/12/12/9 and i got both without selling any sojs at all

I was under the impression that diab clone was completely random, but from reading it seems he spawns when a certian number of SOJ's are sold???

Is this for the whole server? Also, where exactaly does he spawn?

also does it give a server message every time someone sells a soj to a vendor? or is it random to let you know people are selling them? I saw a message on useast today rushing someone thru normal and it said there were like 2.8k sold to vendor.

Yes, well this was the BS spread by many sites, thanks to their brilliant logical thinking ala "some players got dclone without selling sojs, therefore it has nothing to do with soj seling".

Just to clarify things selling soj is the only way to get the dclone. Or letting someone else sell soj's.....

damn, i havent found cloned diablo and i havent even seen an anni yet..and i dont have any more SOJs to sell..haha, i guess i just have to depend on the other people who sell SOJs..and i can genk their anni..haha

your lucky... ive versed uber d once... i was questing with my conc barb and the message came up on my screen... i didnt take notice thinking that i would be lucky to find him... but afew mins later i found him... i got him to about half way then, 1 other guy joined the game... he got the message on the screen... i tried to tell him uber d wasnt in this game but he found me ... then the game slowly got afew more people in it i knew i was stuffed... for some reason my comp lags when d dies.. so when he died my comp lagged, someone else got the charm.. ... only if it was a private game... it would be a nice addition to any char but i seam to survive without using one... id be happy with the shittest one possible...

An anni worths "only" 5-6 sojs, though. With 55 sojs you can get in 10 such trades, hoping that you success at least once. It's still better than selling them to NPC to get DC :scratch:

I would pay 5 or 6 soj for an annilihus charm. I have not seen anyone offer their 'anni' for 5 or 6 soj. Not saying you are wrong but,........ wondering?

Good God! I only have 2 soj, and those were given to me. I guess that just goes to show how poor I am. If I had that many soj I would just sit and stare at them in amazement.
