I am paying my respects to Diablo, Baal, their minions, and their defeaters!

isn't it disappointing that my enemies can point to my nose and say "you are a fool!" while the only response I can is either get myself killed or tentatively remove their bodies from the game?

But one thing stands out: they will never, ever, ever surrender. Even after they have been killed billions of times, they are still waiting there, ready to tear apart anyone who dares to set foot on their territories.

For this, they are respectible.

But the fate of Diablo, Baal, and their minions is pitiful, for they are there only for the sole purpose: get killed once and once again. But they are created to be lifeless and immortal, so getting killed doesn't matter to them.



Compared to your enemies, you hard-core HC players are only more respectible, for your HC chars have died once and once again and you are still building your chars to let Diablo, Baal, and their minions eventually suck your chars' blood and flesh (actually, that's your time and sweat, blood and flesh!).

You are not born to be lifeless and immortal. For this, you are respectible for betting your happiness on killing lifeless monsters numerous times.


While we are missing the beauty of a real worthy life, we are making ourselves all pitiful! That's perhaps a saddest thing ever.

Like Oh my god! You sound just like this lady at the mall that was teaching pilates and she said - "now breathe" and I was like "well duh, if i didn't breathe I would be like all dead and stuff" and she was like "yes, I see your point, now class breathe like we learned in class" and I was all "pff as IF! I don't need a class to teach ME to breathe!" and she goes "security, could you get this person out of my class?"

Perspective sucks.

You can go on kill baal and his minions till you are a grandpa of 80. Still they will respawn.

Or the fun of PKing a higher level character that you KNOW someone spent 2-3 days working on. And in some cases possibly a week or more.
