Nat's Whirler works so sure, go for it. I prefer PS, but each to their own.
Frankly, for PvM, any claw will do. +Death Sentry would be the best mod you could hope for.
P.S. Weapon Block cannot spawn on the same claw as Venom, or any other lvl 30 skill.
