Howard Stern a gonner?
I don't understand how he has survived until now. What with his ideas on how to entertain his radio audience. For example, Who here actually wants to hear a man farting in a womans open mouth? Are there actually people who consider Howard burping into a mic entertaining?
I realize that there was a time when he was considered "cutting edge" and, without his contribution, advances in talk radio might have been set back several more years. I also realize how, once a fan base has developed, it's hard to convince hard core fans that he can do any wrong.
I still have to wonder how anyone can actually believe that he could be considered the least bit entertaining.
And now the FCC and other action groups seem to have had enough of his shenanigans and are striving to free us of his "talent".
I'm honestly torn about this. I would love dearly to never to have to hear his annoying voice again but I cannot, in good concience, ignore the fact that the government is attempting to regulate what we may or may not listen to. Freedom of speech is being tampered with here and we as a nation should be up in arms about this.
