how viable is griswold set
how good is griswold set for a zealot?
It's not good at all, you'll do much better with pretty much any othergear
If you have 11 40/15's, then it is viable. You can fill the whole set with them and get very strong damage that rivals a botd plus uniques.
My zealot uses full grizwold set with only 2 sockets occupied on the armor and he is pretty good at hell already.
Mine uses 6 ed jewels, Zealot. About 2300-3000 damage. Both zerker does about 2000-4500. So it's viable alright.
Hardly! I really depends on what you have to soc into the set that will make or break it. It will also depend on if u get a good ed and 4 soc caddy. I use a 237, 4 soc gris caddy on one of my zealots. I put 4 ber runes in it and it kills just as fast as most anything else i have ever used on him.
If you figure out what the rest of your gear is going to be and then soc gris set so that it fills in any weaknesses that you have, it can be some of the best items for a zealot to wear.
Very good setup for mf hammerdin. Just socket ptopaz in to helm and armor. Use spiderweb and fcr rings.
A costly yet very smart idea. You could get 80 from the caddy and 15 from gores, putting it to 95% Crushing Blow.
Such a pala can go for full deadly strike.
Highlords + Gore riders = ~40% deadly strike
3x Lo in weapon = 60% deadly strike
Double damage on each hit. Superb :yep:
