how to reroll rare necro heads

I am trying to reroll a rare necro head with the following mods:
+2 necro
+3 nova (and any synergies)
+x fire golem
Deflecting mods
20fcr (is this possible?)

What would be the best way to do this. should I imbue then reroll with skulls? what ilvl and clvl should I use? any help would be greatly appreciated.

20 fcr is not possible and overall it will be difficult, perhaps impossible to get anywhere near the mods you want considering the cost of each roll,(unless you have over 300pskulls lying around). i think a spirit would beat or tie that.

ok, ill be a bit more realistic this time. what is the best way to reroll a +3 pnb and +3 nova necro head? What ilvl should i use? and what clvl should i use to reroll with?

clvl doesn't affect rerolls from the 3pgems + item recipe, only ilvl. Your ideal ilvl is of course the ilvl of Venomous, since that eliminates your chances of rolling anything above that. It will take a rediculous number of rolls though...

ok, so around ilvl 60-65 would be best. how can i tell what the ilvl is? what would be the best place to find an ilvl head with these mods, or the best way to find a ilvl 60-65 head that can be rolled with these mods?
