How to make your own D2 item??

Is there a program/editor to make your own unique items items, with a name you set and any attributes you can write. I need something that looks like an item from Diablo (with whatever i write in it) , it doesn't need to be playable:D

There are character editors which you can use to modify both characters & items.
For Single Player/open battlenet usage of course.
I won't go into details about that though.

The asking for item editors/creators are not allowed here because such programs violate the EULA.

Also the forum rules brohibit these sort of programs.

The thread starter is advised to look over the stickied forum rules thread.
