How to get "good" items ?

hey im New just started playing and dosnt know how to gain "good" items can any help me out?

This is a pretty good read, I suppose:

It's written with B.net ladder in mind, but most of the advice is pretty universal, as long as you are playing version 1.11 or later.

Pick up gems->cube them to pgems->buy starter stuff from forum->do mf run->profit

trueblood sums it up quite nicely.
The best thing you can do is make a pure blizzard sorc and run hell mephisto, this should net you some items.
After that make a character that can run keys (maybe a sorc as well, unless you can get your hands on an enigma)
a meteorb is good for this (see the guides), be sure to get a point in static field though

after that, do as you please

The abovers are correct, but please keep in mind there is no substitute for spending hours and hours in front of your keyboard playing the game. Accumulating wealth takes time more than anything else.
