How to beat a GG Smiter with my WW Barb

where did i say weapon/shield is wrong? vs another bvb it obvious u need this shield. Im indicating the weap/weap vs the smiter not a bvb...

If your having problems with tele smiters, you have to counter with judgement, i.e where they will land next and how to clip.

Vs an anti barb smiter which is worst than above as these guys have high defence 50k+ use like 35% slow (extra 10%comes from my realm setup) use high lvl holy freeze.

These smiters again use tele smite, however they abuse hf + slow which reduces whirlwind moving speed which is based on running speed basically it will keep you in the smite range longer allowing the smiter to hit you more times and with good smiting can destroy majority of barbs at best you will go 50/50 or higher depending on how good you are. These are much rarer as they are more a specific class killer.

Precisely. Just like I never said weapon/shield was correct, just that it was favoured by BvBs.

From that point on, there's no Bm/Gm. Since mass healing from Tap is BM by almost anyone's standards, you can feel free to dual Doom, Cleglaw gloves, whatever.

They may simply be using exile. Or dracs, which many barbs use as well.

Double doom is BM by a lot of standards though. Be careful about that. Use Hsarus for more AR too. Also, I seriously do not see the point in the eth fort. Is there really a need for that?

Well, bvbs have max block as well, so depending on how you already allocated your stats, you may or may not have achieved it. Anyway, triangular whirls work against stupid smiters, but against better ones whirl away when they tele, make seemingly random whirls, like going towards them and whirling away to the side. Keep the smiter second guessing, desync a little with your whirls and you should beat most smiters, besides those which were built simply to kill characters like yours

doubt you can get 100k def on smiter and still be effective

i'd suggest trying to get Knockback in your gear somewhere.

most pub smiters can be beaten by a simple whirl-away. when i come up against one thats better than the average (or a sorb/lifetap whore), i often have to dig out my fools/kb claw (i use a ww/trapper not a barb, but the mechanics are fairly similar).

imho: CtC lifetap has no place in a GM duel. its everywhere in pubs, but pubs are not the place to find GM opponents.

I can beat every class ez but gg smiters that use life tap and everything own me... what should i do to beat them?

SicHalo is spot on but I'm assuming your mastery is sword. So unless you want to completely rebuild for axe, I would suggest equiping another ebotdcb or a Grief Zwiehander . And of course, pop on a BerBer CoA.

eth 5k def stone and some prebuff should get you there.
also 60k smiter is good enough to demolish any barb , just use hf flash and clegs

really from what i see you posted , you havent really encountered such a smiter. I have and really you cant beat such thing.
