Norway is a filthyrich country, so we dont really care what the lowdevelopcountries like Zimbabwe, Sweden, Marocco, US and A, Yemen etc thinks.
Yeah Norway got so much money that they can afford to sell off so much of their own oil that they need to import oil from other countries to make up for it.

Usually I order takeaway from Pizza Hut, when they have 2-for-1 deal.

SGD$19.90, different choices of toppings :whistling:

What is large, 11", 13", 15"? You'd probably be interested in The Economist's Big Mac Index, probably more accurate. I think I can get like 2 for 1 11"s for ~£10 in the UK iirc, free delivery on orders over ~£8, but depends who I'm ordering from. I think Dominos does a 9" for £5 atm and is usually more expensive than the others. TBH I'd generally rather buy a stuffed crust from the supermarket for ~£2.50-£3 and add more topping or just make the whole thing from scratch.

I'm not sure how useful these comparisons are, it's not necessarily an indicator of a country's economy. http://www.economist.com/markets/indicators/displaystory.cfm?story_id=13055650

Varies a lot, basically between about $8 and $18. The big chains are fairly expensive, Dominos is cheaper than Pizza Hut I think (but I don't often buy from there so I could be wrong), about $10-$14. A little local cheapo pizza joint can sell them for as little as $8 (although my info may be a few years out of date there).

I've gone off pizza, I got lazy and had pizza for dinner one time too many as a bachelor and now I can't stand mediocre pizza. But there's a place called Mojo's Weird Pizza that has crazy-*** delicious pizzas (eg nacho pizza, dim sim pizza, vanilla slice pizza), they're awesome, and a small there is only about $10. Small is plenty for two, they're filling. Especially if you get one pizza and one dessert pizza...

I buy frozen grocery store pizzas. So $3.29. Or about $5.49 if I get the fancy barbecue chicken one.

Same as Aero. Plain peperoni with cheese at the grocery store is 4.19-4.59. Then I add my own toppings; usually chicken, green peper, lots of bacon, grilled garlic, left over meat of any sort, pineapple. It's healthier. I swear.

Lots of bacon.

About the same as the op for a good place like Pizza Hut. Maybe a little more. But there is a place around here that has walk in cheese or pepperoni pizza for $6. Its already made so you don't have to wait. Was even lessm but it went up ahile ago.

I think it's like $5-7 for a cheapo pepperoni pizza. Delivery is like $35 if you get anything of size and about the same cost if you go to a pizza parlor.

Once I let it wallow in a pool of Tapatio hot sauce it doesn't matter where I got it... It tastes amazing.
