I know its an unanswerable question without specifics

I have a few of the pieces, several coming in, and looking for a few runes
My pally is lvl 80, with ~350 unused stat points (TY Ubers).
IDK why I typed all that out, because heres my question: Is there a calc I can use to input my gear/stats and figure out how much dex I need total to achieve max block?
