How much attackrating does my skeletons have?

Hi

How can i find out how much attackrating my skeletons and my merc have? and how can i get the to have more?

Lets say im lvl 40, have 20 in skele and skele mastery 25 dex and 250 attacktating. How can i find out how much attackrating they have, same goes for merc?
