About the armor itself, it's sellable... worth keeping for a lvl 30 def build. Too bad it's missing life.
I don't know the value itself because I don't remember any high def LLD armor trades from top of my head, and nothing is set in stone for LLD items except the most general items like 15 maxers etc... you just have to find a buyer and see what you get.
