How does Damage to Demons stack with kicks?
Specifically Dtail? I'm trying to figure out if Lava Gouts or Laying of Hands are more useful (fire resist is a non factor).
+2MA/IAS gloves would be gravy of course but the above is what I've got to work with ATM.'
