How do Windy's get 6k life, max block/pdr & both 99% breakpoints

How do Windy's get 6k life, max block/pdr & both 99% breakpoints

Ok I have made several windy's and I can see how a pure vita can get 6k + life, max PDR with both 99% breakpoints (casting and FHR) and do close to 6k + or more damage with magic 5/6 tornado helm, yet how are players getting 6k life/max block/max PDR/and both 99% breakpoints and doing 5.5 - 6k damage. I read on earlier posts of some people dueling windy's like this (I think in barb or PVP forum) but unless you go all vita (no block) how are they getting the max block with the 6k life, 40-50% FDR, 5.5k + damage and both 99% breakpoints?

Arachnid's Mesh/Caster Belt with FHR and 50+ life

FCR Ring with 50+ life (2x)/ Bul Katho's Wedding Band (2x)
Gaea's Amulet of the Whale with 90+ life/Druid Amulet with +2/20% FCR and life
Annihilis
Small Charms of Vita (9x)
Natural Grand Charm of Balance (0x)
Natural Grand Charm of Vita with 40+ life (9x)/(10x)

Mix and match to get 99% FCR/FHR.

Max Dexterity for block, then rest into Vitalty.

I'm guessing something like that.

Enigma Breastplate on requires 30 str.

With perfect Anni charm you can wear without putting points into str.

With all the gear total out you should beable to wear ss too.

its basically vita/block build...

you dont need to go base strength.. the 30 or so you invest to use mage or dusk enigma is negligible (since druids get 2 per vita)

So with base strength which I have (I have not placed any of my stats in my new druid yet) I can get max block which I think will require around 180 of my points into dex (maybe a little less, I think it is around 225 total with items to use SS and have max block) with the rest of my stat points (like 325) or so and good charms which I have it will be possible to get around 6k life on windy? and have max block?

I am just checking since I do not want to mess up this build since it is my last one I am making on ladder.


So is this a correct assumption: ?

Base str.
dex = enough to achieve max block (around 225 with items I think) so I will need around 170 of my hard points in dex.
Then the rest into vita (roughly 325 hard points)
&
with good charms it is possible to get around 6K life/max block and get the 99/99 breakpoints.

u can also eld rune the ss so it wll be 74 block instead of 67 and require less dex

If youre rich then a Jah would be even better...
Eld it = youll save 21 dex points at lvl 99 (less at lower lvls)
21 stat points = 42 life
Jah = 50 life
