How do i find Dclone?

I Recently started running Uber Tristram for the first time. Loads of fun! But after doing it a couple of times and looking at the forums i want to try something new. So i gathered this guy, Dclone, Drops Anni.
Can anyone tell me where i find Dclone, What do i need to find him, How do i kill him and whats the best/easiest way to do it?
