How different is a bugged andy from a non bugged one?

So I just read about bugged andy and I am not sure rather my current MF character has her bugged or not. I was wondering the difference in drop rate between the two to see if I should remake my character just to make sure.

Quest drops only from the good item quantities. So you won't see id scrolls, and cracked sashes if andy quest is bugged.
