How come my Unique Balrog Blade got THESE variables?

    How come my Unique Balrog Blade got THESE variables?

    My Unique Balrog Blade, which Mephisto dropped one minute ago, have +3 to Inferno!
    On Arreat Summit it says the variable goes from +12-18. Why did this happen? I'm Single Player BTW, if that could have any effect on this.

    Phew... I knew about the cap, but I thought the item would still show the actual variable. Thanks.

    yeh so if u look at it with another char it will how a diff number
