    That would be a Zweihander.

But before you make an Honor sword, consider the possibilty of gambling a good rare Flamberge, then upgrade it. I don´t know what level you need to be to have a chance of Cruel rare Flamberge, but 67 is clearly enough. That´s the level my Tankazon was when she gambled:

    Carrion Impaler
    Flamberge

    Two-Hand Damage: 57 to 115
    Durability: 50 of 50
    Required Dexterity: 49
    Required Strength: 70
    Required Level: 48
Sword Class - Fast Attack Speed
    Item Level: 71
    +343% Enhanced Damage
    +122 to Attack Rating
    9% Mana stolen per hit

This was lovely as a Zweihander. It took her all the way through to late act 2 Hell, where she replaced it with a 'Passion' Champion Sword.

Zweihander, Executioner sword and Dimensional Blade are the only exceptional swords able to have 5 sockets. I would go with Executioner sword, it's the slowest but the most damaging sword among them.
Dimensional Blade is slower and less damaging than Zweihander, so Zweihander is the second choice, Dimensional Blade is out.

    sword/base speed/avg 1h damage
    Zweihander / -10 / 27
    Executioner Sword / 10 / 32

Barbs can wield any sword one-handed. The only "actual" one-handed exceptional sword that supports 5 sockets is the Dimensional Blade, which is both slower and does less damage than a 1h-wielded Zweihander. You have only two viable choices.

    Zweihander:
    Speed -10
    27 average damage 1-handed (41,5 average damage 2-handed)
    Requires 125 STR, 94 DEX

    Executioner Sword:
    Speed 10
    32 average damage 1-handed (63,5 average damage 2-handed)
    Requires 170 STR, 110 DEX

    Thanks for quick reply guys.
Another Q, can larzuk norm or nm smack in 5 sockets in executioner, or zweihander?

He can in a Zweihander, since it has a maximum of 5 sockets. Executioner sword would get 6 sockets.

Socketing recipe has 1/3 chance of 5 sockets for Zweihanders and 1/6 for Exec. Swords.

This brings up a question I've had: Is Larzuk and the cube recipe the only way to get 5 (or 6) sockets at all in nightmare? I don't think I've ever seen anything with more than 4 sockets drop.

Yes. Items spawning with sockets naturally are capped at 3 and 4 in normal and nightmare respectively.

Also note, at 85 Str and 60 Dex, you are way more likely to be able to wield an Honor Dimensional Blade at level 27 (when Honor becomes usable) than the big ol' 2H swords. Plus other classes can wield the DB far more easily than the other two. Don't count it out altogether unless you plan to have high Str and Dex anyway.

Yes; sockets are capped as follows:

    3 in Norm
    4 in Nightmare

EDIT: Nevermind, beaten to it by one of the regular number guys :p

I dont think that the usefulness of the sword you put honor in should be the deciding factor. The runes are very common and you can always make another one later or buy a cruel sword from larzuk. I would put it in the first decent 5 socket weapon you can use
