My 1.09 Titan WW barb has a 3xShael Ethereal Hone Sundan at the moment: Picture
(That screenie was taken when I did a test import to 1.10 and upgraded to see what it was like as a Ghost Spear. This was the result. Item since deleted and 'reverted' to 1.09

I don't know if you have noticed it, but there is a little bug when upgrading ethereal weapons, just look at the durabilities in your pics
