There are two unique sacred armors and even though the first turned out to be Tyrael's, the second can still be a failed unique if it would have been Tyrael's, too.

You can get two of the same unique from one enemy in one drop, just not for anywhere else until you s&e.

I've heard that a few times, but I won't believe it until it's a first hand experience of a trustful person, not just some hearsay. I haven't even seen screenshots of that, but I don't really believe something just because of a screenshot anyway.

I for myself collect selfmade screenshots of dual drops of the same item. It happened about 10 times so far and each time it were two set items. As soon as I find a unique and a failed unique of the same type in one drop (or if I actually find two of the same uniques), I will make a posting here

Same here and they tend to be sigons/Isenharts, never seen a unique drop twice
