hi. i was just wondering if i had max holy shield and using a herald of zakarum how much dex would i need to achieve max block while holy shield is active at lvl 99? THx alot 4 the input.

Well I cannot give you an exact, but all of my Pallies have max block with about 140 or so in dex IIRC

another thing can som1 explain the addition to max block part of holy shield to me becuase without holy shield right now i have 35% chance to block but with it i have 50% holy ahiled says that it adds 26% chance to block and it only added 15 . som1 plz explain this.

what lvl is ur pally and what lvl holy shield

My Hammerdin is lvl 91 and has ~slvl 10 Holy Shield
My Templar is lvl 85 and has slvl 19 Holy Shield
My Fanat Zealot is lvl 50 and has slvl 7 Holy Shield.

All have max block.
