holy bolter?

So im wanting a new paladin since my hammerdin bores the hell out of me so i was thinking of going a holy bolter palla

The only skills i have so far is:
Holy bolt 20 (duh)
Blessed hammer 20 (synergy)
Fist of heavens 20 (synergy)

Now using a planner with only 20 raw points in all of these skills is 4116-4620 wich is fairly reasonable and if i add my oints i get from gear i get a whoping 9618-109899 (skillpoints from items doesnt boost synergys right?).

With this kinda damage hell should be fairly easy imo but i have a few questions
1. Is holy bolt lightning and if so should i go and max conviction or just use a merc with a infinty?

2. Does holy bolt or FOH benefit from concentration?

3. If it doesnt benfit from concentration and i dont need convition as an aura wich should i use then? Holy shock?

My gear i was planning to use is a mix from my hammerdin and sorc wich is enigma, infinity on merc, shako, hoz, spirit sword (or wizardspike), arachnids, magefist/trangouls, waterwalk/wartraveller and pala torch and anni.

1. I believe holy bolt is "magic" damage like hammers and not lightning.

2. Holy bolt would then not benefit from conv but foh would.

3. I have no idea... Maybe sanctuary? You sound like an undead hunter for pvm.

well not an undead hunter just a char that can do most in this game (except ubers dont bother with that) if i manage to push holy bolt up to 9-10k dmg he should fare rather well even in hell don you think ?
