In pvm terms, holy freeze merc is better against random monsters through the game, while the defiance merc is better against bosses.

For pvp, the holy freeze merc is much better than the defiance merc, since a necro will almost never have a big enough def for it to actually matter, and almost all good melee chars will most likely kill your merc in 1-2 hits anyways, no matter what his gear..

If you are rich and will only settle for the ultimate, try a defiance merc with a doom runeword polearm :thumbsup:

in pvp, go for a1 merc, u want ranged damage, not damage that is only applied when u tele ontop of someone

buuuttttt not many ppl can afford that, so expensive
so holy freeze merc is good for pvm
