You need to put 3 gems of the same kind the the cube and then transmute. Such as 3 chipped topazes to make 1 flawed topaze. 3 flawed topazes to make 1 normal topaze. 3 normal topazes to make 1 flawless topaze. 3 flawless topazes to make 1 perfect topaze.
