Hitting more....?

Well, I finished my build. I just dont know how to hit more. I believe my AR is around 11K. It seems like if I somehow hit more often I would do more damage.
I am strictly PVM and ubers

My gear is as follows:

Guillaume 'um'
Stormshield 'um'
Upped Gores
Stormlash 'shael'
CoH
TGodz
RavenFrost
Angelic Ring/Angelic Ammy

On switch, I got lidless and CTA

a couple trap GC and a couple shadow gc

Skills I use

Dtalon
Death Sentry
BoS

Those are the main skills I use. I mean don't get me wrong, I LOVE this build. very strong. but I wouldn't mind being able to hit a little more to take down say.. baal faster. I don't want to lose any resists either. Right now I have max resist due to ANni and Torch. The only place I see thats changeable is perhaps the angelic combo, but i think this is the best AR bonus right?

Angelic's is the best source of AR for Rings and Amulets. There shouldn't be anything that can replace them with more AR.
I don't think there's too much you can do about your AR. Since you're PvM, you could try getting a weapon with Ignore Target's Defense or Jah something. Since you're using Burst of Speed, I don't see the point of the Shael in your Stormlash.

I think ITD in normal gameplay should be tremendous. But afaik doesn´t work on bosses. So if your goal is to take out the ubers faster there should be no difference if the shael doesn´t help you to reach a new breakpoint. This are just my 2 cents, no experience with it though.

Jah's ITD would be great PVM in the stormlash. However Jah is awful hard to come by (assuming you play single player or legitimately). Gul (+% ar) or Eth (-target% Def) Could be worth looking into (I was told these worked towards your kick) . You could ditch the angelics set and use another raven + a nice amulet. A dual leech ring (or atleast mana leech since you are missing that) with Attack rating and maybe stats/resis could take place of the angelics. CoS will help also. I had a Dtalon sin and it had ~8k AR and I didn't really have any trouble hitting monsters/killing them. My only problem was running into a group of skeletal archers and getting stuck in block/fhr animation.

GUL seems to be an option with +20% AR. IF i have 11K it would give me an extra 2200AR..

STill searching around for something to throw in the weapon.

I like the idea of taking out the angelic combo and using a dual leech ring with AR and resist (which i have), and then just using a nice Resist ammy (perhaps mara? or metalgrid)

No, the AR from a Gul would be added to your skill AR, so the increase is noticably less.

With 11k AR you shouldn't have trouble hitting anything unless your clvl is low. The defense of monsters is simply not that high.

I second the notion to just keep levelling, but I'm having no trouble hitting with my gal and her AR is ~7.8k. You've seen my build/gear, and it's quite similar to yours. I hit hell Baal with virtually every kick, so you shouldn't be seeing any issue with this. Not to mention with your % of Crushing Blow being higher than mine, you should if anything, kill faster than mine.

eth is great (-25% target defence)

it effectively adds hugely to you AR, you just wont see it on th LCS

hmm I'll definetly look into that. plus. if i dont like it. I can always hel it out.. good thing its a low rune. :)

- enemy defence is one of its effects,

with the 4 points youve got from anni torch and 1 point you knock off 24% of the enemies defence, the same as an eth in a socket, on this saves you a socket and CoS has lots of other great effects on enemies as well. http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/skills/assassin-shadow.shtml#cloakofshadows

This skill is extremely useful. When cast, many skills of some monsters are blocked: archers cannot fire (except champion and unique ones), Sand maggots cannot lay eggs, Unravelers cannot use their poison breath, Venom lords cannot use their Inferno attack etc. Most monsters stop moving when you cast Cloak of shadows until you get close to them. Once you attack them, they can use their skills again.

Does CoS work on bosses? (particularly the ubers).
Is the -def overwritten by curses like the blinding effect?

all over CoS is overidden by curses. Im pretty sure that -def does work on boss, but it would probably be best to to check that with somebody more sure
