hi all, i'm a newbie in PvP
just want to know what is the highest possible damage made by each character
(either by skill or pure melee with gears)

heard that it is possible to have > 15K damage per hit from a hammerdin... and bonemancer is relatively weak, right?

24,000 magic damage = 4000 pvp

Yet, I have been hit with high cold mastery blizzards that spiked past that in actual damage delivered and I had max res and a bit of stack. The resistance pierce on CM is effectively a direct damage adder for that specific cold attack, sort of like ED on body armor for physical damage. The math is different but the end result is the same, boosted damage as long as the target isn't stacking beyond the res lowering point of CM. But you don't see the extra damage on your character screen, it's just implicit in the attack.

try 60k lighting damage on a char with -100 light res. that's 20k pvp damgage. only a barb with level 55 bo and oak can survive that.

Yep, my sp perf titan charger with botd tm got 56k displayed dmg in char screen and then add 80+% DS

A completely charged up assassin would do a lot of damage.

I made a PvM tiger strike, dragon tail assassin (She also have maxed phoenix strike). When charge with ps and ts, she did 20k-30k dmg, and keep in mind I was wearing natalya's set aka boots with bad kick dmg.

a charger can hit some of the highest dmg with ebotd gpa or something can 2-3 hit kill most barbs with good life.

or a zerk barb using a ebotd gpa as this would do insane magic dmg.

I assumed we took into account res and dr. in which case the zerker should come out ontop.

Or else a a bramble psn jav do alot of damage too considering hell = psn x2.

pretty sure the glass charger would have the most dmg. max out all charge synergies. gear out with the fort, sup eth botd tmaul, 120-45 helm, steel rends, gores, metalgrid, 2 rfrosts and a dungos (max ar charms if u wanna go a little more expensive) and ur all set for like 60k dmg----10k w/ pvp penalty-----5k if they have max dr. so u'll be doing around 5kdmg at least per hit. thats pretty much everything 1hit kill (except barbs, some melee, and bone necros (bone shield) ) assuming u hit them before u die.

metal grid is crap if u use hls u have like 30% + ds giving u a good oportunity to hit with double dmg.
